What is Ofqual?
The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) is a non-ministerial government department that regulates qualifications, exams and tests in England, this includes regulation for all GSCEs and A Levels within the UK.

available to those with no relevant legal experience or qualifications and students
Minimum Level 3 (appropriate law related certificate/diploma) A' Level Law or minimum relevant legal experience 3 years+
LLB or BA Law or Joint Law Degree, Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), Legal Practice Course (LPC), Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Level 7 Diploma in Paralegal Practice - without experience
Minimum Level 6 (Graduate) eg LLB, BA, GDL or Joint Law Degree (to include the English Common Law System) + minimum 3 years relevant legal experience
The highest status of NALP membership - Fellows with relevant qualifications and who have many years experience and are working in-house in law firms or companies
