NALP is the longest running UK Membership Body for Paralegals. We have dedicated over 30 years to promoting the status of Paralegal Professionals.

NALP is the only paralegal organisation in England that is recognised by Ofqual as a Qualifications Awarding Organisation.

NALP is a self-regulatory body for its members and as such we offer members the opportunity to apply for a NALP Licence to Practise

The number of Paralegals has increased, with many working within firms with their own case loads. It's definitely more prominant now than it was several years ago and I feel it's because of the good work NALP has done in promoting paralegals.

NALP is the only paralegal organisation to offer training and qualifications accredited by Ofqual.

What is Ofqual?

The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) is a non-ministerial government department that regulates qualifications, exams and tests in England, this includes regulation for all GSCEs and A Levels within the UK.

Our courses meet the regulation requirements set out by Ofqual, ensuring your qualifications are of the highest standards and are recognised within the legal sector.
