The month of October saw a ton of press activity for NALP and its CEO Amanda Hamilton. NALP member Craig Johnson continued getting some media attention. Here are the highlights:


To start off, on October 1st Neconnected published a piece Your business T&Cs - top six things to consider” by NALP CEO Amanda Hamilton. Read it here:


On the 7th Amanda Hamilton’s blog post “What does it take to train as a paralegal” appeared in Simply Law Jobs:  


Retirements Matters, Family Friendly Working and The Sun picked up Amanda Hamilton’s article about how you can protect yourself from tradespeople who don’t fulfill their duties:

This month also saw Entrepreneur & Investor and Companybug picking up Craig Johnson’s article discussing whether small businesses and startups should hire a McKenzie Friend or a Paralegal to go to court:

Finally, Craig Johnson’s article “What’s the difference between a McKenzie Friend and a Paralegal” ran in the October 2019 edition of the Liverpool Law magazine. NALP will publish the article in the coming months.
