In the role, you will be responsible for litigating claims for mortgage payment errors as well as filing and managing the claims using a proprietary claims management system. This is an opportunity to be part of a pilot team of Paralegals for a project due to expand rapidly in the near future.
This position would be a good fit for a candidate with a NALP Level 3 Diploma in Paralegal Practice or above!
Requirements:
- Law degree or alternative legal qualification
- Experience working within a legal environment essential
- Experience within claims handling and using a cloud based on-line litigation process advantageous
- An attentive eye to detail, with strong writing, numerical and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
