Route 2: Experiential Route
The experiential route requires a minimum 5 years relevant legal experience. Applicants should provide proof by way of reference letters. The experiential route is available for those who may not have a Level 6+ legal qualification but who have considerable relevant work experience.
This route requires a written submission that clearly demonstrates knowledge and understanding at a professional level in the field of law within which the candidate works, and a telephone or face to face interview.
A first-time application fee of £200 relates to processing and interview. However, on annual renewal, the fee will be £150 - please make payment of the first-time application fee before submitting your application form.
