Check out this exciting opportunity at Doosan Babcock! This international energy technology firm is looking for a qualified Paralegal to join the legal team at their main office in Crawley, England.

 

In this role you will assist the legal team with all company secretarial and corporate governance issues, intermediate review of legal contracts, ensure policies and procedures are complied with and undertake ad hoc legal research. This role will potentially lead to a training contract for the right candidate.

This opportunity would be a good fit for a candidate with a NALP Level 4 Diploma in Paralegal Studies.

 

Requirements:

Applicants should be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and possess commercial legal knowledge and excellent research skills. Knowledge of corporate governance would also be beneficial for the role.
