Canon are looking for an awesome Paralegal for their Patent and IP team in Uxbridge! If you want to work with an internationally renowned imaging company, you should check this one out.

In this role as Patent/IP Paralegal you are capable of handling the full range of patents formalities from filing through prosecution to grant. Responsibilities will include preparing and filing documents for UK and foreign filings as well as diary management responsibilities to ensure the timely and efficient management of cases.

This position would be a good fit for a candidate with a NALP Level 4 Diploma in Paralegal Studies or higher.

 

Requirements: 

Applicants must have previous legal support experience, any exposure in IP, Patent or Trademarks is a bonus but not essential, you will have solid IT skills, be highly accurate and strong attention to detail, have a motivated and pro-active attitude, highly organised, able to work under pressure at times and be a team player as well as being able to work independently when required.
Proficiency in English at working level required. Proficiency in other European language also desirable.
