"It's possible that you have people employed in a paralegal capacity without even realising it, so it's worth considering whether any of your team are, for example, being responsible for ensuring that are sent out to non-rent payers and/or taking them to court. Also have they ever been given in-house training that includes an element of the law or legal knowledge? For example, working in an in-house human resources department and been given training in employment law. 

 

Formally recognised that these individuals are 'Paralegals' within your company can encourage loyalty and status."
